ACT​ covers various scientifically approved functional, plyometrics & strength movements using basic conditioning equipment & body-weight ​moves in a 60 ​minutes​ power packed guided format which burns approximately ​500 ​+ calories in an absolutely fun and versatile way aiming to receive the gift of an agile body.
